Never allowed

• Prescription medicines and controlled drugs.
• Weapons, ammunition and explosives.
• Counterfeit or replica branded goods.
• Stolen goods, or goods without the right to sell them.
• Wildlife products and protected species.
• Government-issued documents, IDs, licences and number plates.
• Hazardous or recalled products.
• Adult content and services.
• Hacked accounts, personal data, or anything that breaks Kenyan law.

Restricted (only with approval)

• Alcohol: licensed sellers only, with the buyer confirming they are 18 or older.
• Medical devices, supplements and health care items: no prescription medicines, and health claims are reviewed.
• Car security and tracking devices: lawful use only.

Reporting

Use the Report button on any listing, store or message. Repeated or serious breaches lead to listings being removed and sellers being suspended.
