Nairobi Square is a marketplace where independent, verified sellers list products and buyers buy from them. Sellers are responsible for their listings and for fulfilling their orders.

Two ways to buy

• Checkout on Nairobi Square: you pay Nairobi Square, which holds the money and pays the seller after you confirm receipt. Covered by Buyer Protection.
• Chat & arrange: you agree price, payment and delivery directly with the seller. Nairobi Square is not part of that payment and it is not covered by Buyer Protection.

Your account

• Keep your password safe and your phone number up to date.
• Prices, totals, delivery fees and payment status are always decided by Nairobi Square’s systems, not by what a page shows or a message says.
• We may suspend accounts that break these terms, the prohibited items rules or Kenyan law.

Reviews and content

Reviews must be honest and about your own purchase. We may hide content that is abusive, misleading or breaks the law.
